  • Why should I use iRepublic's Website Builder?

    The iRepublic Website Builder is a complete multi-screen solution that creates websites that work acrosss numerous platforms -- desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. This allows your customers to have a great user experience, regardless of the device they're using.

  • Are iRepublic websites responsive?

    Yes, iRepublic's websites are responsive. A responsive site changes the way the website content is displayed, depending on the size of the screen of the device on which it is being viewed. 

  • Is it only for business websites?

    No, iRepublic's websites are flexible and powerful enough for individuals, small businesses, or even enterprises. 

  • Can I migrate my existing site to iRepublic?

    As of the moment, you can only recreate your existing site to our responsive website builder. You cannot migrate it directly to our servers. 

  • Can I export and host my iRepublic website on another host?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a way to remove a site from the iRepublic platform to send it to your computer or to some other service/host. This is standard for SaaS platforms like iRepublic because of the way our service works and our sites are designed. 

  • Do I need to have an existing site?

    No, you do not have to have an existing website to use iRepublic's website builder. 

  • How much does it cost?

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments through Bank Transfer, PayPal, Check for pick-up, or Cash for pick-up.

  • Can I get a full refund?

Site Settings


  • Will my website be compatible on all browsers?

    Desktop version of the editor is officially supported in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. 


    As of May 2018, the editor is no longer supported in IE11.

  • Do you keep a back-up of my website?

    You can save copies of your site called "backups". Backups allow you to restore to them at any point in time. While we have periodical back up your site, it's still very important to have the habit of manually backing up your site. 


    There is a cap on how many backups you can have saved at a time. There is a limit of 20 automated backups and 10 manual backups that can be stored. 


    New manual backups override earlier manual backups, thus your earliest manual backup is deleted when you create a new one. This is also the case for automatic backups; the earliest automatic backup is deleted when a new one is created.

    The automated backups are created after:

    • Republishing

    • Adding or removing the Multi-Language feature

    • Restoring a backup 

    • Deleting a site

    • Accessing developer mode

    While Blogs have their own backup system located in the Blog settings.


  • Can I add custom coding?

    Yes, Developer Mode gives you access to edit and change your Website's HTML and CSS. Adding custom code allows for advanced customization that is not possible with the drag and drop editor, however this should only be performed by advanced users with a solid understanding of web development code.

  • Can I connect an existing domain to iRepublic?

    Yes, you can!
